We’ve added another useful update to the appraisee dashboard — you can now log appointments and test drives with a simple click.
If a salesperson contacts a customer about their trade-in appraisal and books them in for a test drive or face-to-face appointment, they can now just click the calendar icon to record it. No extra steps, no extra forms.
You can also filter the dashboard by:
- Appointment Booked: Yes/No
This makes it easy to track your follow-ups and see how many appraisals are converting into real-world sales opportunities.
