We’ve just added a much-requested feature to appraisee — the ability to reassign a PMC lead or appraisal to another team member.
Previously, once an appraisal was assigned, it was locked in. Now, supervisors can reassign PMC leads and appraisals to someone else on the team with just a few clicks.
This is especially useful when:
- A team member is off sick or on leave
- Someone leaves the business and work needs to be picked up
- An appraisal is done on behalf of someone else and needs to be handed back to them
It’s a small but powerful change that keeps your workflow flexible and your team covered — even when plans change.
