We’ve added a major quality of life improvement to the Appraisal History section — you can now filter by multiple criteria and export exactly what you’ve filtered.
Here’s what’s new:
Filter by Trader
Quickly see all appraisals submitted by individual traders or view them all at once.
- All Traders – Shows everything
- Specific Trader – Pick one from the dropdown
- Ideal if you’re working with 10+ traders and want a clean view
Filter by Bid Status
You can now filter by:
- Bid Accepted
- Bid Not Accepted
- Use this on its own or combine it with the Trader filter for even more precision
- See exactly who’s making offers and what’s being accepte
Filter by Pricing
A simple toggle to view:
- Appraisals that have been priced
- Appraisals that haven’t
Once you’ve applied your filters, just hit Export to download a clean, tailored report.
