We’ve made another small but important update to the Price My Car self-appraisal form — and it’s all about making life easier for your sellers.
Previously, customers had to enter a 4-digit code shown on screen to prove they weren’t a bot. While this worked fine in most cases, there were a few occasions where someone might’ve misunderstood the step — which meant they didn’t complete the form.
To remove that friction, we’ve replaced the old Captcha with Captcha 3 — a smarter, invisible system that runs quietly in the background. No codes to enter. No extra steps.

- Smoother experience – Less chance of small hiccups blocking a lead
