STEP 1
Carry Out the Appraisal
With the appraisee app, the Salesperson will create appraisals using the guided step by step process. He/she uploads information using a combination of photos and videos and creates a digital appraisal form in minutes.
STEP 2
Send to Sales Manager
Once the digital appraisal form is complete, the Salesperson will send it to their Sales Manager through the app.
The Sales Manager will receive an instant notification of the appraisal which they can then begin to review. This report is automatically saved as a PDF in the cloud and can be accessed through the app and web portal from anywhere at anytime.

STEP 3
Get the Valuation
The Sales Manager can quickly review the appraisal form and discuss any further points with the Salesperson through the chat feature. Both parties can share audio, video and photos to ensure a highly detailed appraisal of the vehicle.
The Sales Manager can then send on the final price to the Salesperson, who can then inform the customer. This ensures smooth customer service as well as keeping the customer from leaving without a valuation.

Dashboard
The dashboard interface allows for data to be easily visualized through appraisee's charts, graphs and trend lines.
At the click of a button, Sales Managers can review all appraisals by date, vehicle registration, sales team member and dealership location.
The dashboard can be used to monitor how your team is performing whilst reviewing what communications are being discussed amongst employees.
Instant Messaging
We know how important communication is between your team. That’s why we’ve added a chat feature in the app that lets the Sales Manager and Salesperson communicate instantly, regardless of where they are.
Transfer of audio, video and photo files all help to make sure the Sales Manager is as informed as possible when calculating the trade in value which can be sent right back to the Salesperson. No more running back and forth into the Sales Managers office or letting a potential customer slip away without a trade in price.
ANPR
The appraisee app boasts built-in Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) software that picks up the license plate of a vehicle and links with Cartell and Motorcheck to instantly provide the Salesperson with vehicle history information. So instead of manually filling in vehicle details, the appraisee app does it for you, saving you time and effort.
We are one of only a handful of companies to have successfully achieved an Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) solution for iOS compatible devices and Android. That's something we're proud of!
Multiplatform Devices
The appraisee app is available on both IOS and android and can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store.
